Not a happy customer, i have submitted my fica documents yesterday they said they will send message within 24hrs to activate my account. My account is active cause I can play games but am not able to withdraw since my fica is not verified today i have send them email but still nothing not long i uploaded my documents again on the self services they have send the same message that they will send sms when my account is active. But there's nothing.
