FICA

Uploaded FICA docs last year october , I recieved an sms confirming that they recieved my docs , yesterday I tried to withdraw and got an error saying FICA DOCS required , I called to get the whole story and was told they were "not clear" which is is a lie. So I emailed them yesterday REF (***), till now they are not loaded . TRIED TO CALL TO FOLLOW UP THIS MORNING , EACH TIME I AM THE NEXT PERSO ON THE LINE THEY DROP MY CALL .. 3 TIMES .
