FEEL VERY CHEATED

On Sunday I had take a bet on LIVE-IN PLAY , it was on a Tennis double game .It was for a large amount and the pay out was big . I was tracking the result on Flashscores ,also set up a notification on the game . I received the notification the team had won ,so I was waiting for the money to appear in my LIVE-IN PLAY balance after 3 hours still the bet was pending . Numerous request on Hollywood chat live and no assists .Around 16h30 the bet was reverse and it was void . I received a reply - there was no reasonable result . I investigated further and found 3 website confirm the team had won and 2 website the result waiting for update. (Confirmed the result was Flashscore / Livescore and Betexplorer .) How is this possible for them to reverse the bet without checking . I still waiting for a response from the helpdesk . The TICKET ID for the bet is HWOOD***
