I played a ticket and 1 game was not resulted but the game shows all on soccer results platforms it was played. I spoke to customer service and they said l must wait for 48 hours they dont see the game. I provided the evidence on 10/07/2024 but up to now nothing has been done. If 36hours they will scratch the game and rob me. On sofascore and flshscore the result is there the game ended 4-2. My ticket number is ***. The last leg on this ticket. Surely what difficult in updating a score it cant take 48 hours to update a result especially after l provided the evidence.
