Feedback from last complaint

Hi there

After my previous complaint I was promised help but till today nothing.i have provided all necessary documentation but every thing went silent.R3000 is a lot of money and it’s a pity it went down the drain.i have had an account with Hollywood for over a year.so this is really disappointing.
