Feeble excuse for refusing withdrawal.

Recently I tried to withdraw money out of my betting account using the EFT facility. This was declined and when queried I was informed there is a discrepancy in the surname and a bank statement and copy of my I D is required. I then checked my details currently on the system via my account and found no descrepancy So the reason given is a blatant lie. In recent past I have deposited and made withdrawals numerous times without any queries. Why all of a sudden. I am reluctant to supply the documents. Hollywood should first do an internal investigation to establish how and by who the surname was changed. My question is can one trust them with one's private documents if they cannot even secure your information on their system.
