Fed up!!!!!!!!

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service that I am getting from Hollywoodbets.. On the 15th of July i made a cash send withdrawal of R3000 at a Absa atm. The money didn't come out because there was no money in the atm. I went to Absa so that they can return the money back to me but they advised me that as hollywoodbets is the sender that only they can log the case and then the money would be send back to hollywoodbets . With the result being that Hollywoodbets can credit my account again. I've send numerous emails, inboxes, had live chats.. Every time im on the phone with them my line gets cut. This is really frustrating and I'm really considering to take this to the gambling board. If you type in my email address you will find numerous emails from me to your withdrawals team and a few agents providing them with all the details, slips, withdrawal code everything but no one can seem to be experienced enough help me. understand my frustration!!
