F****CKING PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Reference number: ***1 Hollywoodbets is really pathetic. I played on the VIP tournament which ended on the 16th May. I spent so much money on this site just to win a R500 prize in the tournament and yet i am struggling to get Hollywoodbets to credit my account with the R500. The rules state that it will take 24-48 hours to get paid out, I have followed up with them on Monday and i was told to check back in 4 hours. Checked back in 4 hours was then told to check back in 24-48 hours. Checked back this morning, and i am told to give them 24 hours. This is so F****cking pathetic......you get the same story over and over. I spend so much money on this site, win seldomly and when you win Hollywoodbets makes sure that take all that winnings again. Can a competent person please contact me to let me know *** the problem is!!!
