FALSE UNATTENDED REFUND PROMISES

These guys ate real ****mers ,if money due to you doesn't reflect in your account....just forget it even if it was a direct transfer to their account from your account cheque account it is their culture to keep on telling you that your case has been escalated and will be attended in 24 to 48 hrs but that never happens. They even ask for the same documents in an attempt to delay.i have been trying to get my money transferred into their account by mistake but everything it's either they need my bank statement or proof of payment if which I always send and the bank charges me and they are not bothered because they have nothing to loose but you as their customer you always loose by means of bank charges and time as well because every time they put you on a long hold as if they are doing something but I think by that time they will be making several cups of coffee
