false promise

good day my name is Amogelang , i have joined hollywoodbets on line to avoid queues for playing lotto. they promise in the system that if you recruit someone to join you will get R50.00 referral bonus in the condition that the person deposit R20.00 or more. my person has deposited R300.00 but i didnt get my referral bonus. i have send email to them they say the person has changed the cellphone number so i cant get bonus, i dont know how does that affect my bonus because the person is still in their system.
