false payout methods

Account 14292.<br> I played a trifecta at happy valley race 6 to find they pay only 10% out of the actual local payout at the country of the event. When i spoke to them they said its to convert the currency. The lady Nah Nthemba said the currency conversion is 10 to 1 however its actually 2 to 1 which now falsely indicates that they should be paying me out R5200 and not R2600 if working according to the currency. Its not the first tome this has happened and i dont see a reason why i should be using hollywood as they rip people off!!!!! I downloaded an app that records phone calls therefore i'm taking this recording to my advocate and yes this will be a handy court case. Just like the 35 mil case that they fought for not paying the 3% fees for televising teletrack on tv's with privately owned decoders!!!!<br> <br> Fed up now. Closing this account<br>
