Fairness and quick service

My experience with hollywoodbets is bad one I been trying to FICA my account for a while now,and I can tell you is so annoying as I will finish my ten attempts for the day and wait for another day not to mention the data I have to buy this so difficult guys,just wish hollywoodbets can make FICA easy so that everyone can do it using their phone,now I have to around asking for other people phone which is a huge risk for identity ***** why can't we just use our normal phones not everyone can afford an expensive phone please make your services available to everyone,going around asking for a better phone is excluding as yesterday I ask someone's phone to FICA and took the picture and there was no option to upload my documents I just got a message that says your FICA is succesful happy betting yet my account is still locked this is unfair why hollywoodbets can't just not allow everyone who is not FICA their account not to play this law of FICA is not fair it should apply on both side,no FICA no placing of bets simple,Hollywood bets should make FICA simple and available to everyone , annoyed.
