Failure to solve problems

Hollywoodbets is an ********* business, which doesn't not meet and fix their mistakes. Every business has a system where records and statements and all that stuff to see how things are going . I've been exposing them about the funds I haven't received for two years now . They have been asking for my ID number, names and contact details as if they'll do anything about it . It's been two years now n I'm not paid . If they were ethical n cared for their clients, they would have gone to their computer systems or where records are kept n see whether I'm lying or not . I'm tired of answering the same questions yet I'm not helped . ****** go on your systems or records n solve this issue, it must show somewhere whether I've cashed out , received money, cancelled amounts etc . The business must be sued or closed down due to failure to fix their problems. I'm ****en annoyed by them . Middle finger to them
