Failure to pay winnings

I withdrew my money on 9th August but still nothing in my acc.I tried emailing no response.Ive send numerous messages on Facebook it gets red but still no response.I wasted almost R100 airtime but still couldn't get through.Why can't you just tell us why we not getting our money?It's nice for you guys when we lose hundreds and thousands of rands but when we win we have to beg for our money.This is so so unfair and I will never recommend anyone to use hollywoodbets ever again.You guys don't even deserve this 1 star.
