Failure to pay me

I'm bandile mncunu , I opened an account with Hollywoodbets in march . I gambled everyday . I had won money from Hollywoodbets then it happened tht I lost my phone n had to change numbers . After changing numbers it was hard to withdraw funds , I wrote an email to Hollywoods about it and they fixed it n was able to withdraw after that. So I've been asking Hollywoods to pay me for those funds I hadn't received. Went to their offices for help but I wasn't helped till today . It's been 5 months now without getting my money. I've been writing emails to them n they rep**** promising me I'll get the money within 24 to 48 hours. I still haven't received my money n now they are ignoring my emails n I'm still not paid . I need help . I got screenshots of our chats n statements tht they do owe me money
