Extremely poor customer service

I did a withdrawal for R200 on the 28th November 2022 and it shows is was rejected. It did not reverse back to my bollywoodbets account.I did another withdrawal of R500 on the 30th November 2022 same situation the withdrawal was rejected and the money did not reverse back to my bollywoodbets account.I have been following up with them they are very unhelpful and keep on saying it will reflect in my account later on. It is pass 48 hours and it is still not reflecting and no one in the accounts department can help me. Extremely poor customer service.
