Extremely Dissatisfied – R60,000+ Bet Placed Without Consent and No Real Help from Hollywoodbets

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how Hollywoodbets has handled a serious issue on my account. A bet of just over R60,000 was placed without my consent, due to a glitch on their system. I reached out to Hollywoodbets immediately, expecting proper assistance and accountability.

Instead, I received no real help. Their support team gave me generic responses, avoided responsibility, and made no genuine effort to resolve the issue. This is a substantial amount of money, and it is unacceptable for a platform that claims to be reputable to shrug off responsibility when a client is clearly affected by a system error

Hollywoodbets is failing its clients and appears to have no real customer protection in place for incidents like this. I feel cheated and completely let down. If your system allows for such errors and then provides no restitution or assistance, how can users trust that their money is safe?

This review is to warn others and to hopefully urge Hollywoodbets to take their clients' concerns seriously. I will be escalating this matter through all available channels until I get proper feedback and a fair resolution.
