Extremely bad service

I made an EFT deposit on 25 March 2023 and a month later my Hollywood Account has never been Credited.

I have been calling just to find nobody answers.

I have emailed proof of payment and almost emailing them every day, just to get a response saying, " your request has been updated". Request ID no. ***0.

I sent a message on the Hollywood Facebook page too and I'm getting a response saying, please email them ...

This is becoming very annoying and I think I have been patient for way too long now.

I hope someone can assist me after this ...?
