Extremely Bad Service

Really the worst service, They kept phoning me day and night to join/play Hollywood bets I am like okay let's give it a go just to play and win. now I am doing a whole circus dance in order to fica my documents, apparently I have to wait for a supervisor to update my ID but to no avail. I am so irritated I have spoken to +-6 customer consultants and still not resolved.
