Expeditious resolution
I had a problem with two deposits to my Hollywood account that were not credited to the account. After quering I received instructions on how to get the issue resolved. They even gave me step by step instructions on how to obtain and transmit the required information. Once I had comp**** with these instructions the issue was resolved within a few minutes. Kudos to Hollywood and their staff. We'll done!
