Excellent customer service

On Sunday the 13th of November I made an eft withdrawal but it declined,however the funds were not reversed to my Hollywoodbets account,I then called customer service and spoke to Sam.she advised me to send my bank statement so that they can refund me,I did that,and Hollywoodbets refunded me.i'm very happy with the service I received.
