Exceeded Expectations

I am beyond happy and satisfied with the help, patience and dedication received from KishaN, I had raised a query with my voucher that was not sorted out for months, agents kept promising me 72 hours with no help, I gave up and was so dissapointed until Kisha called me, she listened with kindness and patience, she even apologized for the level of service received in the past, she said she escalated my query and my query was sorted by the end of the day, it showed that she prioritized me as if I was the only client, her service exceeded my expectations and I would like that this reaches the ears of her bosses whom I believe is Owen, I would also like to know the branch she works at so I could send a token of appreciation, everyone should learn to be as gentle and hardworking as Kisha, Thank you again.
