Evolution Crazytime game rigging

It's my observation that hollywoodbets and evolution gaming are rigging Crazytime game results in there favour!!!! It's not the first time I've noticed this while playing Crazytime on both betway and hollywoodbets.

So I'm playing yesterday and I start winning on their bonus bets when as usual the "internet connectivity" on the game starts action up, yet my son is streaming movies perfectly fine(how I ask myself). And this happens 80 percent of the time with the CASHHUNT bonus games, when u have chosen your bonus icon and the game hangs saying no connection, this happened 3 times yesterday where I didn't even see what the multiplier I chose was and just shown once the bonus round was over that it was 25x. I meant is that legal??? I mean there are timestamps that show that the game hangs for close to 2/3 minutes(time in which they are rigging the outcome) I even noticed on one of the cashunts bonus rounds that icon I had chosen was now a bunny Instead of the round icon I had chosen. How is it that the connectivity to the game says no connection yet we streaming movies perfectly fine??? And are 95% garrenteed to have chosen a low multiplier!!!

How can it be legal for the game to hang for that long and the player not even seeing the actual multiplier he has chosen but must just accept the multiplier hollywoodbets and evolution gaming has rigged for you??? I would like a n investigation into this done and also for any other players who have experienced the same thing to come forward so we can bring these guys to book and stop this.
