every consultant tell me my withdrawal will take 48 hours for the past two weeks now!

Its been two weeks now, I cant withdraw money from my account. Every time when I make a phone call, I am told that my withdrawal is going to take 48 hours by every person I speak to. this morning I spoke to the manager and she said she will get back to me within an hours. Its already close of business and even her she didnt bother to call me back. I am suffering more loss because they said I must not bet as they have processed a withdrawal...for two weeks now and they cannot tell me why I cant withdraw myself.
