Escalation process makes me sick man

I have been waiting since Saturday for my money to be released by Hollywood bets back to my account.. everytime I make contact they tell me they have escalated it and I must wait 24-48 hours and that's after waiting 24-48 hours.. this is honestly becoming the biggest joke on earth.. all that needs to be done is my money be released back to my account and not have my issue escalated.. STOP ESCALATING MY ISSUE AND RELEASE MY FUNDS BACK TO MY DAM ACCOUNT ALREADY!!! IVE BEEN WAITING SINCE SATURDAY
