Error on withdrawal option

I am again coming to hello Peter to plea with Hollywoodbets, my account doesn't allow me to upload my documents, not getting help from any consults, I been calling, my verification only takes a selfie not documents, my documents were submitt long time and I encountered this before and it was resolved and now we back at it again
