Empty promises & lies
I've been promised a call regarding the second hand car that came with broken parts & it is not drivable.
Till today no one has bothered to assist me,they only wrote that "someone from customer service management"will give me a call. That phrase they use it for publicity,I have not been assisted & I'm disappointed on such a huge compa,this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
