EMPTY PROMISES

I did a withdrawal cash send on the 13th. Ticket #***5 - i never received the code and pin. When i requested that they reverse it i was told it will take 48 hours. Since then ive messaged and messaged and messaged and all i get is that my ticket is q'd to complete and that I must be patient. PATIENT FOR A WHOLE MONTH WHEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 48 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not the first time ive had issues with hollywood bets. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SITE AGAIN! Betway is by far the better option.
