EFT withdrawal not received

Can someone please assist me and take me seriously when I say that I have not received my withdrawal.

EFT withdrawal of R1500 not received

I have called in since last week Friday explaining that I have not received the R1500.00 withdrawal, I have sent over 3 bank statements proving that the money has not been paid in my account. The feedback I keep getting they have paid the money on the 25th April. Well thank you so much for your feedback but if you look at my bank statement this money has not been received in my account. I have asked for help , I have called a million times , can someone please look at my inquiry and take me seriously when I am showing that this money has not been credited to my bank account. Please can you check with your bank and ask them to investigate this matter. I have to keep calling in for an update and then I get told the escalation is completed because the money has been paid. So is no one looking at my bank statement where it shows you that on the 25th April there was no payment received from Hollywoodbets. Or am I not important enough to be taken seriously as a customer. I am super frustrated as I have called since Thursday and today is Tuesday. 5 days later and still nothing.
