Eft not cleared immediate clearance done

Eft done for acc number *** for an amount of R761. Not accredited. Yesterday had the same problem. Took 2 hours to resolve. With so many emails sent. Today the same issue emails sent no response its absolutely disappointing as a regular client. Bilal
