Eft immediate clearance no assistance with funds into account

Horrific client services no response whatsoever after copying in 13 people into an email

Did an eft and mistakenly forgot to add in my account number. Emailed 13 people at Hollywoodbets my proof of payment including their deposit department more than an hour ago not even a response nothing has been done yet. I use a lot of funds on hollywoodbets but now I'll be thinking of changing to another service provider. Cause its extremely disappointing and frustrating for clients not to get proper service and especially no response. ***
