I did a withdrawal on the 23/2/2022 at and I have still not received the the payout. I called today and I was advised it takes 24 to 48 hours. Well guess what 48hrs as passed according the timing of the withdrawal. The agent told me she will escalate and get bak to me in 1 hour and guess what. No ****ed feedback. I would like a manager to call me. Please pay my withdrawal and close my account. **** service
