Hollywoodbets is a **** I bought vouchers on the 6th of November 2024 I tried loading them and they said invailed I called in and was told there was an issue and my query will be sorted out latest 48 hours I called in again after the time period I was told it was sent to a new department I waited again I sent emails and calls up until today the agents keep asking for the same information after I have provided it to them several times I've called and I've been made to run around like a headless chicken 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 my money had been taken but services not rendered I have raised a complaint and no one is even bothered to assist me this is disgusting and totally unfair business practice I chose you guys cause I love the company but now I'm feeling *****ed out of my own hard earned money 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 Per you guys query time frame it's 48 hours how am I still not assist and the same information as if it's copy and past being sent to me 💔💔💔😡😡😡😡

I figured with all the amount of money I have used to bet on your site this query would have been sorted out smoothly without having to complain about the service I have received from you guys totally unacceptable in terms of business and customer dealing
I hope this finds the owners and bosses of the company cause I'm sure they would not want there company not performing the way they belive it is no query is a small one and this should have been taken with care as all of the other customers concerns
Having scripted outcomes is not always enough and it's frustrating and demotivating at the same time cause I would expect to feel that I am atleast been given attention and that only takes place once you start complaining which I find not fair
Hollywoodbets has caused unwanted stress and possible financial gain as you would appreciate gambling is a win or loose and from the time I bought the vouchers till now I would have made alot or lost it all but that's not possible as I haven't received what I paid for
I am one very unsatisfied customer and I hope you guys rectify the query handling procedures so you won't lose customers
