Dysfunctionel Betting System

Once again Hollywoodbets are failing their loyal customers with having a dysfunctional system. Since yesterday the system has been taking ages to record and accepte bets.This applies particularly to multiple lotto bets and place bets on horse racing. Matter was reported to helpdesk but one get the usual response. I sent an example of such a winning place bet that I could not place. My request is to their management, spend more time on your systems than on your horse ownership,get your priorities right. Who keep you in business the punters or the stake money on your string of horses.
