Dysfunctional Systems

Since 29 Nov 2024 I had difficulty in accessing my account. Did all the drills told on numerous previous occassions but system remain very slow and unresponsive. Eventually reported it to their helpdesk got the usual resonse of clearing the browser bla bla bla. Its 3 Dec and still no improvement as its claimed the fault is on my side. On the odd occassion I could access it I looked at the status of some bets I manged to get in, some lotto bets which the draws took place on sunday still show status as pending, I suppose thats also my fault. Over the years I have complained numerous times and noticed its always near big events like the July and this werked Sumner Cup.
