Dysfunctional Systems

In the recent past I have on numerous occasions complained about their system which is unreliable and generates ludicrous messages. Well today was the July and I prepared for a peaceful day of betting. Flippin hell how wrong can one be. The whole day I had difficulty in placing bets the system was at times slow and most of the times dysfunctional. Yes I did log out and clear the browser function as you normally advise, tried it numerous times without the desired results. I just wish your management can think about client service, you are now involved in ownership of horses, and attaching your names to courses etc etc etc but it's time that you think who is providing you the finances to do all the fancy stuff. My advice is to get back to your core business of bookmaking and looking after loyal clients by providing state of the art betting systems. This garbage you forcing us to use is outdated or poorly maintained. Further suggest you invest in competent IT personnel to take care of your systems. Thank you Hollywood for ruining July day 2020.
