Dysfunctional system

I tried to take a yankey tipe bet all four legs being different lotto draws in the USA. The system refused to accept on numerous attempts,a message pop up indicating "this" lotto is not available in your area or region. So why dont the Hollywood system indicate which specific one is the problem.? Why do you have particular lotto draws available but it cannot be taken? What region or area are you referring to.
