Dysfunctional Hollywoodbets.

What is going on at Hollywoodbets,their system is dysfunctional,it takes up to 45 minutes for your bet to be reflected,then after the event takes another 45 minutes for winnings to be reflected.With horse racing results in the last race they dont reflect the dividends for exotic bets. I have complained to helpdesk about certain lotto yankey bets being rejected because "this lotto is not available in your region" but they dont indicate the non availability anywhere. I put my account no in the heading of my email,without fail someone with no idea asks me for my account no to speed up the query. Then before they attend to actual query they ask you to do a survey and rate the persons performance. The most irritating part is no matter the issue at hand you always get the same response"clear your browser",which dont help because its a progamming issue. Hollywood management must stop their horse ownership effort and get back to their core business and attend to their client service. Without clients you wont be owning horses.
