Dysfunctional bookmaker.

Since Saturday 31 Oct I have had difficulty with placing bets, the system is slow, generates the most ridiculous messages when attempting to place a bet. I have lodged two complaints via email to their helpdesk but there is just no response. Judging from the numerous complaints on this forum about Hollywood bets it is clear they are dysfunctional and don't care a damn. Unfortunately I have numerous outstanding bets of events in the future otherwise I would have closed my account long ago. Reading through the complaints I notice disturbing issues like delays in paying winning bets for no valid reason etc., this indicates they are ********* and surely the authorities should take a closer look at their license. Question who or to which authority /watch dog can one report then to, it's become totally redicilous. If any reader know please respond with information so that one can initiate and investigation into their fitness to hold a bookmakers license.
