Don't want to allow me to withdraw monies

I am trying to withdraw my funds from account, and have been trying to do so for almost a month. I tried the Eft, ewallet and instant cash methods. Non works. I did call the call centre about 2 weeks ago and was advised that I did not use 55% of my initial funds. I did advise the agent that I used much more than 55%. He then advised that my issue will be resolved with 24 to 48 hours, if not he will contact me within that period with feedback. To date, I have not received any feedback and still cannot withdraw my funds. This is aside from the numerous other ways I contacted Hollywoodbets and got no response, ie through emails and via Facebook. It seems that this is something Hollywoodbets is doing so to make you spend your money rather than allowing you do withdraw, which is extremely wrong. I also see numerous other people having the same problem and complained and clearly nothing is been done about it. It is safer to not use their services as you will not have access to your monies and will have problems getting your monies back.
