Don't trust them with your money

I bought a voucher from them using my tymebank app but still haven't received the money into my Hollywoodbets account and that was over a year ago, and I've been trying to get them to help me with the issue but all they seam to do is escalate my query then say I must wait 48 hours and I've done so countless times with no help from them
