Got free spins on a game after using a bigger bet than usual. Before it could finish, the game refreshes and I lose the free spins and get R30(one spin)

I contact support they first deny I got free spins. I get the proof of it from my bet history.

Afterwards they say R30 was the full payout for all my freespins
