DO NOT TRUST THIS CITE - THEY DON'T PAY OUT WITHDRAWALS

If I possible I would give I withdrew money on the 27th of February - it is now 2 March. I still have not received the payment and to make things worse, even though they say they will provide regular update, treat the matter with urgency or escalate the matter to the relevant departments, the withdrawal has been "pending authorization". They even tried to pin it on the fact that they needed approval from my bank - which has been proven to be untrue. Now I am being told that it's because they're conducting an audit on the amount. A 4 DAY AUDIT. To date, I am still told to "be patient" with no progress at all. Seriously considering reporting the cite to the police because at this point, this is *******.
