I registered last year dec and uploaded fica documents same time but no response until i askes them yesterday thats when they y told me they dont accept scanned docs i then took a pic and send my docs again but nothing. Even when you send them a whatsapp msg they don't reply. They have the worst service EVER. No customer care at all
