They promise a R50 refer a friend bonus but it’s all lies because no matter how many people you refer, you will not get the bonus. You then contact HWB and every time the agent will have one or another lame excuse. They will ask you the same questions and ask you to provide the necessary information over and over again. You give them everything they ask for but at the end of it all they will either end the chat without your permission or come up with another lame excuse such as checking back after 4 hours due to technical issues. They only want people to refer friends because those friends could be potential high roller clients and would make lots of huge deposits for them.
