Do not bet with Hollywoodbets

Logged a query with Hollywoodbets regarding my two bets being active and not paid out on the 19 October 24 and too date this is not resolved. After reporting this on Hello peter (twice) , they keep saying that they are investigating/ its with the software developer. I even requested my stakes back which they are refusing. Their service is no where close to Betway or Lottostar. It is actually quite pathetic for them to make clients wait for 2 weeks!
