Dissatisfied Hollywood bets

I did a withdrawal via eft on sunday afterwards 16 may 2021 & I got an email Monday morning saying that the request was canceled by the bank unable to withdraw, I called Monday morning and asked what the problem was I was told that there was maintenance in the system and I should withdraw via absa cash send but kept on having the same problem, I then later tried the eft option later on Monday 17.05.2021 and the money is still not in my account, I called today and enquired about it and was told that the system is 'stuck' and that she can't see my withdrawal it's stuck in the system she can't reverse it. Very disappointed in this
