Dissatisfied client

I did a widrawal on the 17th of February for an instant money of which i havent received till now, numerous calls have been made with only promises of we will send an email to the accounts and a pin will be sent shortly of which im still awaiting going onto 2 days and now the latest is that Standard Bank had a problem, i really dont know what is the real issue and if i will ever receive my widrawal, seriously no satisfaction.
