Dissapointing Service
I am so fustrated by the service I am getting from Hollywoodbets, I have been trying to withdraw my money from my Hollywood account and I'm not succeeding as I was told to upload FICA documents which I did then I was told to upload a clear color of my ID which I did again on the App and I also sent an email with the documents attached. It's been a whole 3 weeks without not bring able to withdraw my fubds and it's so dissapointing. I never get help when I call, not to mention the Live chat on the App which takes about a whole hour and more to get an agent to assist you. This is ridiculous!!!
