Disrespectful and useless service

On Saturday we went to your Brakpan branch. My husband was at the horses section whilst I “quickly “ went to play my lotto tickets. The tickets were filled in already and all the cashier had to do was to put them through the machine. She demanded an extra R20 but I knew this was incorrect as we have been playing the same numbers and amount since start of lotto. My husband wrote down all the bettings for both the local meetings AND played his bets on all. I was self I’ll stuck at the cashier trying to play lotto! No explanation was given for the delay! It seems some patrons money is not the same as others as we are treated differently! No use getting your regional manager Thsili to contact me as it seems she is not up for the task of dealing with *********** staff!!
